How to sign your Silverlight xap files with GoDaddy code signing certificate

When I purchased a GoDaddy code signing certificate, I didn't realize I had to create and keep a private key. I found out that it is extremely time consuming to figure out. To save you some time and headaches, I have outlined it here.
